Chain lubrication for looping towers
In 2011 we equipped the first looping tower with a chain lubrication system from REBS based on your good credentials. The planning, assembly and the joint commissioning all went very well. To date, the following positive characteristics and effects have been observed by us:
- High-quality processing of the lubrication system
- Simple operation via touch panel
- Individual adaptation of the lubrication system by the operator
- Low lubrication consumption thanks to precise application
- The elongation of the chain has reduced significantly
- Heavily loaded areas of the chain are visible, thus targeted maintenance of the chain possible (e.g. targeted part replacement of the chain)
- No environmental pollution or product contamination
As a result of our excellent experience, we also equipped the two other looping towers with a REBS chain lubrication system in 2012 and 2013.
