We gladly recognized the mention of REBS Wheel Flange Lubrication as one of the innovations for lower maintenance kosts of the Diesel locomotive 218 in the article "Runderneuerte Diesellok 218" of Christoph Müller in "Der Eisenbahn-Ingenieur", 9/2002. Especially the decrease of lubricant consumption and the extension of maintenance intervals are shown out.
