The principle of the chain lubrication with oil brushes is similar to the chain lubrication BLITZ.
With systems having oil brushes instead of spraying nozzles, the proximity switch will be replaced by an internal timer in the electronic control unit. Now the dosed oil quantity towards the oil brushes is determined by the adjustment of the said timer.
According to the type of the electrical control unit (continuous, timing or counting), thus an exactly dosed lubrication of the chain's link pin (friction point) is guaranteed.
