- for oil, grease and oil circulation
- for manual und fully automatic lubrication
- optical or electronic monitoring of the supplied quantity
Principle of grease lubricationBy using a pneumatic barrel pump, main supply line is under constant pressure. Upstream of the progressive distributor there is interlocked with the machinery to be lubricated (possibly by an existing PLC control). After expiration of the pause time, the solenoid valve opens and the distributor starts operation. The proximity switch, built-on the progressive distributor, generates a signal after the distributor has made one complete cycle. This signal is evaluated in the electrical control. Solenoid valves of different sections can be opened independently from each other according to lubricant requirements.
Oil circulating lubricationAn ideal lubricating system for circulating installations. Every lubricating point is supplied with a dosed amount of oil. The monitoring is done by means of an electronic control (dynamic).
With the start of the machinery to be lubricated, a delivery pump supplies oil via an oil filter and progressive disctributors towards the lubrication points.
Proper function of the system can be monitored either by a pressure gauge or by a proximity switch built-on the progressive distributor. Returning oil is collected in the tank. Lubricant level in the tank is monitored by level switch. It is possible to install a cooler or heater onto the tank.
The main and sub distributor systemsThe lubricating points can be fed either directly from the main distributor or via the down-stream sub distributor. In this way the installation can be adapted to an optional number of lubricating points.
Hand pumps, motor pumps, pneumatic pumps and hydraulic pumps are all suitable.
Oil loss lubricationwith the requirement for an additional flow control or for optical or accoustical devices for indicating interferences.
